Joker's Asylum II: Harley Quinn

vy hates Joker, for sure, and he does have a hand in pushing them together, but I have a hard time believing Harley could sustain deep animosity towards him for very long. Why else would she keep going back to him? And why else has Ivy not simply killed him, by now? I believe Harley loves both Joker and Ivy, although who she loves more ultimately is up for interpretation, given the maddening fluidity of comic canon.

Same, I think she loves both of them but her connection with J is different and deeper (speaking about the jarley-centric verses). All these different verses are just tiring me out so I’m only gonna presume it’s either Suicide Squad, imaginary Nolanverse or Injustice 2 or some comics, which are the only ones where I can really ship joker/harley.

Also, Ivy can’t kill him. I think she would if she could but hasn’t been able to - I think they’re quite equally balanced in power but he’s got waay more resources & experience. Also, she knows it would crush Harley so she doesn’t.

In my own fic-verse based on SS, he on the other hand also knows it would make Harley really sad, but she would eventually get over it even if it made her hate him for a short while. I think that on some level it holds him back too, even if he’s considered it.
